Meanwhile, he is well-known as a comprehensive A-grade designing company in Shanghai. There are 150 people in the company, 90% of which are professionals, and over 80% of them have got bachelor degree or master degree. There’re 2 professor senior engineers, 3 people are the members in Shanghai constructs science and technology commission committee, 9 people are national level registration architects, 11 people are national registration structural engineers, 10 people are national registration equipment & electrical engineers,2 people are registration cost engineers. In all, 20% of them are senior engineers, 50% of them are engineers (including architect, structure, equipment engineers). The company is divided into marketing & planning department, technical department, finance department, administration & human resources department and material department. We also describe our technical department as following: designing center, architecture design department, structure design department, electricity design department, draining water design department, warm pass design department, landscape design department and technical economy calculation department.
Since its foundation, the company has overtaken several hundreds of projects, covering office, commercial, hotel, residence, villa, school, landscape design, etc. Projects we take vary from northern part of China to Southern part. Through each project, we accumulated rich experience on architectural design and construction design. We have formed integrity project designing control system that conforms to the ISO19001-2000 request---- Total Quality Management System. The system guaranteed each design work carried out orderly and obtained high praise from owners and related government departments. 4 years continually, the company has honor to receive the praise of Model Unit from Ministry of Construction, Shanghai Construction Committee and Shanghai Residence Competition Committee. Each time the Ministry of Construction and the Shanghai design quality surveillance department carry out a stochastic design quality spot-check, we always attain a “fine design” evaluation. In 2002, the residence design of “star – classic marine house” attained national “classics” design praise which is the first place for residence architectural design in China. From 2002 until now, we have got another 20 top praises in residence designing field.
